What happens in a workshop?
We believe it is very important to provide knowledge and information in a fun, inspiring and exciting way. Learning is much easier if you enjoy it, rather than endure it. Consequently, each day includes guided meditation; movement; individual, pair and group work; music, dance and artwork. You will learn about your body and its energetic systems through practical exercises that can be applied in your daily life.
Each day’s programme builds carefully upon the preceding. We recommend participating fully to achieve maximum benefit from your time and investment.

What to expect?
All of our workshops are self-contained and incorporate a very specific theme. Within each theme, emphasis on the integration of physical, emotional and energetic nutrients is paramount.
Our teaching in is firmly grounded in a wholistic approach, fully embracing mind, body and spirit. We keep a neutral spiritual focus without following any set spiritual or religious ways or beliefs.
Though not a holiday as such, our workshops are designed to help you to slow down. Allowing yourself quality time to connect with your own inner resources is a real gift. Appreciation of the present moment brings consciousness and awareness to your actions and thoughts, enriching your own lives and how you relate to others.
Developing a complete understanding of these potential resources is central to each of our courses. Intensive participation at this stage will encourage and enable you to enjoy your everyday pursuits in a more relaxed and fulfilling way.

ETERNAL PRESENT
Most people are terrified of real, genuine commitment. We are unwilling to be fully committed to life now, because we are still waiting. The ego is always waiting for a better deal. But in a liberated relationship to life, we stop playing that waiting game, because we realize that this is it. This is everything, right now. And we recognize that if we are not committed now, our relationship to life is inherently going to be superficial. The only reason so few of us live extraordinary lives is that we are not really committed. The minute we stop waiting for a better deal, and we are willing to be truly committed now, our lives become extraordinary. The future disappears in the eternal present, because when we are that committed to this particular moment, which is every moment, we know that this is the best deal that there could ever be.
