About Wanny Winsloe

Wanny Winsole

When my father and sister made complete recoveries from cancer, the experiences brought insights that changed my life completely.

It was the beginning of my healing path as I witnessed the natural recuperative power of the human body when it is loved, respected, honoured and is living in harmony with nature and spirit.

As my insight grows and strengthens, it becomes a continuous realization of the need to slow down and to focus on Stillness. To know that when we connect to our true self, we respond instinctively and intuitively, rather than from fear or habit.

At the time when I was considering whether to specialize in a particular field of my practice, food mood sex was a phrase that came to me in my meditation. As I felt my awareness penetrating deeper and deeper into the nature of healing, I connected with the feeling of bringing harmony to these three inseparable chains of our being.

My spiritual unfolding leads me to serve and share this gift of synthesizing my experiences and insights into a platform for my workshops to grow as a medium for exploration and discovery.

It is my wish to offer experiential learning rather than intellectual understanding. This is an invitation, from my heart to your heart, for you to explore your own food mood sex.
