We offer extensive residential therapeutic and personal growth workshops in Thailand. Each workshop will help awaken you to your body’s innate intelligence. You will become more aware of your body and its needs, the way you feed your body, your energetic systems, your relationships and your own power to self-heal.

Food, mood and sex are inseparable links in our chain of being. These three themes are the foundation upon which our courses have been developed, integrating the physical, emotional and energetic nutrients within our bodies.

Optimum nourishment involves more than merely what we eat and what our bodies can assimilate. Our immune system is influenced by our thoughts and emotions through the complex array of chemical messengers and hormones which affect and reflect our mood and sense of well being.

Our body’s metabolic processes are profoundly influenced by food energetics, emotional states, genetics, the environment and our relationships which in turn will affect natural healthy responses to our sexuality. Our sexuality is not separate from who we are. How we look at our sexuality, how we own, explore and take responsibility for it, how we see and recognize ourselves as sexual beings all have an impact on our mood.

Our aim is to inspire and motivate individuals who are open to examining and exploring the essence of their being, and are actively in search of a joyful, healthy, balanced and authentic vision of themselves - their spirituality and their relationships.
